Crew Leaders & Lead Packers
Wage:  Depending upon experience.
Description:  Our Packing & Shipping Departments package KDM's finished printed material manually, maintaining customer specifications and carrier limitations.  The Crew Leaders & Lead Packers require proven ability to: follow direction, effectively communicate, organize and delegate work assignments, provide on-the-job training, monitor performance, and stage materials and supplies.  Both positions report to the Shift Manager.  This is a fast-paced position that requires an employee to lift/move up to 20 pounds and occassionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.  Scheduled overtime is mandatory and requires flexiblity in schedule.

Cutting Operator
Wage: Depending upon experience.
Description: The Cutting Operator operates various machines and has an operational knowledge of all equipment in the following areas of responsibility: drill press, panel saw, table saw, radial arm saw, heat bender, die gutter, guillotine, sheeter, router, scoring table, drill table set, and slitter.  A Cutting Operator must be able to live up to 100 pounds.

Packer - Full & Part-Time Positions
Wage: $8.50 - $9.00, depending upon shift worked.
Description: A Packer packages KDM's finished printed material manually, maintaining customer specifications and carrier limitations.  This is a fast-paced position that requires Packers to lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. 

Press Helper
Wage: $9.00 - $9.25, depending upon shift worked.
Description:  A Press Helper is responsible for setting-up, operating, and cleaning the semi-automatic screen printing presses.  A Press Helper must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.

Screen Coater
Wage: $9.25 - $9.50, depending upon shift worked.
Description: A Screen Coater is responsible for coating the silk screens used on our press machines.  A Screen Coater must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally move up to 80 pounds.

Screen Reclaimer
Wage: $9.25 - $9.50, depending upon shift worked.
Description: A Screen Reclaimer receives silk screens, removes tape, emulsion, and ghost images from screens.  This is a very physically demanding position.  A Screen Reclaimer must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally move up to 80 pounds.

Screen Shooter
Wage: $9.25 - $9.50, depending upon shift worked.
Description:  A Screen Shooter selects the proper frame size, positions film positives, and exposes and develops silk screen.  A Screen Shooter must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally move up to 80 pounds.

Screen Stretcher
Wage: $9.25 - $9.50, depending upon shift worked.
Description: A Screen Stretcher applies mesh to different sizes of frames to create screen while rolling, clamping, and gluing mesh.  A Screen Stretcher must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally move up to 80 pounds.

Screen Touch-Up
Wage: $9.25 - $9.50, depending upon shift worked.
Description: A Screen Touch-Up inspects screen for pin-holes and obstructions in image and performs necessary adjustments.  A Screen Touch-Up must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally move up to 80 pounds. 

Sewing Machine Operator
Wage: $8.50 - $9.00, depending upon shift worked.
Description: A Sewing Machine Operator operates one or more semi-automatic sewing machines to attach, join, or reinforce products.  This is a fast-paced position that requires employees to lift/move up to five pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Sheeting Operator
Wage: $8.75 - $9.00
Description: A Sheeting Operator operates various machines and is able to assist with: drill press, panel saw, table saw, radial arm saw, heat bender, die cutter, guillotine, sheeter, router, scoring table, drill table set, and slitter. A Sheeting Operator must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
